PRIVĀTUMA POLITIKA

Šī Privātuma politika nosaka, kā pašnodarbinātā persona Ilona Samoviča (turpmāk – "Pārzinis") apstrādā apmeklētāju un klientu personas datus tīmekļa vietnē https://ilona-hub879.github.io (turpmāk – "Vietne"), saistītajos tērzēšanas botos platformā Telegram (turpmāk – "Čat-boti"), kā arī saziņas kanālā WhatsApp.

1. APSTRĀDES TIESISKAIS PAMATS UN MĒRĪIS

Pārzinis apstrādā datus saskaņā ar Vispārīgo datu aizsardzības regulu (VDAR / GDPR), pamatojoties uz:

Lietotāja piekrišanu (VDAR 6.(1)(a) pants): lai atbildētu uz jūsu pieprasījumiem e-pastā, Vietnē, kad jūs brīvprātīgi palaižat Čat-botus vai nosūtāt ziņojumus WhatsApp.
Līguma izpildi vai pirmslīguma pasākumiem (VDAR 6.(1)(b) pants): ja jūs pasūtāt maksas pakalpojumus.
Juridisku pienākumu (VDAR 6.(1)(c) pants): lai izpildītu Latvijas Republikas normatīvo aktu prasības (grāmatvedība).
Leğitīmo interesi (VDAR 6.(1)(f) pants): lai nodrošinātu Vietnes drošību un saziņas kanālu korektu tehnisko darbību.

2. APSTRĀDĀTO DATU KATEGORIJAS

Atkarībā no jūsu darbībām, var tikt apstrādāti šādi dati:

Tehniskie dati: IP adrese, pārlūkprogrammas veids, sesijas sīkdatnes (cookies), ko fiksē hostinga infrastruktūra.
Telegram profila dati: Telegram User ID, vārds/uzvārds, lietotājvārds (@username), ziņojumu saturs.
WhatsApp profila dati: tālruņa numurs, WhatsApp profila vārds, nosūtīto ziņojumu saturs.
Saziņas dati: vārds, e-pasts, ziņojuma saturs, ko lietotājs sniedz brīvprātīgi.
Maksājumu un klientu dati (pasūtot pakalpojumus): vārds, uzvārds, maksājumu rekvizīti.

3. TEHNOLOĞISKIE PARTNERI UN DATU NODOŠANA

Pakalpojumu nodrošināšanai tiek izmantoti šādi trešo pušu risinājumi:

GitHub (GitHub Pages): Vietnes koda glabāšanai un hostingam.
Telegram Messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Inc.): kā platforma Čat-botu darbībai.
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc.): kā saziņas kanāls. WhatsApp apstrādā datus saskaņā ar savu privātuma politiku.
Cursor.ai: izmantots kā izstrādes vide (IDE) Vietnes un Čat-botu koda rakstīšanai izstrādes posmā.
Maksājumu iestādes: veicot apmaksu, dati tiek nodoti tieši licencētiem finanšu uzņēmumiem.

Pārzinis garantē, ka lietotāju personas dati un ziņojumu vēsture netiek izmantoti mākslīgā intelekta modeļu apmācībai no Pārziņa puses.

4. MĒRĪAUDITORIJA UN VECUMA IEROBEŽOJUMI

Vietne, Čat-boti un saziņas kanāli ir paredzēti tikai personām, kuras sasniegušas 18 gadu vecumu.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Ilona Samoviča, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), processes the personal data of visitors and clients on the website https://ilona-hub879.github.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), users of associated automated chat-bots on the Telegram platform (hereinafter referred to as "Chat-bots"), and individuals contacting the Data Controller via the WhatsApp messenger.

The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on the following grounds:

User Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): To respond to your inquiries sent via email, the Website, or when you voluntarily launch and interact with the Chat-bots or initiate contact via WhatsApp.

Cursor.ai: Utilized as an IDE during the development phase of the Website and Chat-bots.
Payment Gateways: Data is transferred directly to licensed financial institutions.

The Data Controller guarantees that user personal data and communication histories are not used by the Data Controller to train any Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

The Website, Chat-bots, and communication channels are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
